Handling Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and package your handmade items.


Print-on-Demand Items

Some print products may be fulfilled through a print-on-demand service partner. These items are produced specifically after an order is placed.

Returns or replacements for print-on-demand items are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Changes of mind or size/selection errors after ordering may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Information

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (New only).

Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you require a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
