International Shipping
We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, and Singapore via Royal Mail International.
- Delivery Time: 6–15 business days.
- Cost: Calculated by weight at checkout:
- 0kg – 0.5kg: £20.00
- 0.51kg – 1kg: £30.00
- 1.01kg – 2kg: £38.00
- Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs charges that may apply upon delivery.
- Order Limits: International shipping is currently unavailable for orders exceeding 2kg. For bulk orders, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Order Processing
Handling Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and package your handmade items.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some print products may be fulfilled through a print-on-demand service partner. These items are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Returns or replacements for print-on-demand items are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Changes of mind or size/selection errors after ordering may not be eligible for return or refund.
Returns
Return Information
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (New only).
Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process & Fees
- Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
- Return Labels: Obtaining and paying for the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (No cost) for any returns.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you require a different item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
